Standard Payment Policy

By using Cognidom services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made to the platform are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and final. Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or credited back under any circumstances.

Integration & Consultation Services

For custom integration projects, our engagement structure is divided into two phases:

  • Phase 1: Mobilization (50%) — An initial payment of 50% of the total project scope is required to initiate the work, assign dedicated developers, and cover consultation and setup costs. This initial fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Phase 2: Delivery (50%) — The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and delivery.

In the event of a delivery dispute or incomplete project, only the remaining 50% settlement fee may be subject to review or negotiation. The initial mobilization fee remains retained as compensation for resources utilized.

Telephony & Subscription Management

When you purchase a virtual phone number through Cognidom, it is your sole responsibility to maintain an active subscription. If a subscription fails to renew due to insufficient funds or payment failure, you assume full responsibility for the potential loss of the number. Cognidom cannot guarantee recovery of lapsed numbers once they are released by the carrier.

Dynamic Pricing Adjustments

Cognidom reserves the right to adjust per-call rates and service pricing at any time. Pricing is subject to change based on market fluctuations, carrier cost variations, and other operational factors. Users will be billed according to the rate active at the time of service utilization.
